Born in Memphis, Tennessee to a Minister of Music and a teacher, Scott was so named due to a song ("Me and God Watching Scotty Grow") and because the name Christian would serve as a reminder of his most important heritage. Scott first sang in church at age 5 with his father and his mouth hasn't stopped since!
Appropriately, his first album is titled "Christian." The songs are "multi-genre gospel" or, more simply put, "Christian." Check out the music section of the website to find out how to get a CD. When he isn’t singing, you might find Scott in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he lives with his wife, children, flying squirrels, cats, killer "chimney birds," a porch destroying rabbit and other various wildlife!!!!!
